I feel supported and valued in my role. I have been able to grow professionally and believe this is a solid company to work at.

Can work from home - fully remote

Most of the directors have no insight into what the industry even is. Micromanaging is on another level in this department. Placing blame, and the focus on “who did what wrong” instead of resolving the issues when it comes to client-related work. A very strange company (maybe, hopefully it’s just the department?) culture. Retention is HORRIBLE.
