      Great team members, diverse staff. They hold together the whole operation. Most are humble and eager to do well for the company.

      Management is a revolving door. No long term vision or strategy. There needs to be a greater emphasis on inclusion of ideas and newer members to enhance or improve operations. Change culture harder here.

      Honestly, this is a fair company to work with. Yes of course there might be a few people or experiences that could be negative, but if you voice your issues management will work with you. They actually care.
