Onshore team sucks ,they don't have any proper business planning ,just throw on to us and expect to give the best everytime, If you miss delivering any one on time and delayed they just map you as incompetent and start creating a toxic work environment,all your other achievements and deliverables will be ignored, finally making you lose your confidence and morale on work and depressed .

The result is heavy manual workarounds propping up half-finished solutions. Strategic direction shifts frequently, and ongoing layoff announcements make it difficult to plan or build momentum.
