Pros
I like the current 2 days from home, 3 days in the office schedule. The company compensates employees for effort. In the couple years I have been here, I have consistently received raises/promotions and yearly bonuses. There is room within the company to grow. I receive feedback often. Floor supervisors are connected to the employees.
Kontras
Upper management can be a little disconnected. Starting pay is typically higher at other companies in the area. CEO has very out dated views on work/life balance. Office can feel a little stuffy.
