Always hiring, employer of last resort, good exposure to systems and processes

Kontras

Long hours, overworked, under-resourced and disengaged staff. Leaders speaks in one way and behaves in another. Chubb rewards long service, "yes men" mentality and loyalty and uses negative selection to promote leaders. Leaders are busy managing up and will go to great lengths to sabotage the career prospects of any employee who disagrees with "Chubb way".
