Chubb leadership tends to value male traits in leadership style and self promotion and this also holds some women back despite claiming to be equal-opportunity employer. They tend to hire from outside for senior roles rather than promote from within. The culture is intense - work harder to solve most problems. Limited support from non core insurance functions - training, finance, communications, etc.
