Pros

They dont follow EEO at this company . Manager and other person are friends at outside of the firm . She got promotion from analyst ( Grade 21) to AVP(grade 27) after they have removed 4 people in just matter of 2 years of time . all of them are removed during merger process. i dont know how HR supported this issue and manager and boss are good relationship and they know each other from years.
