Middle Management is out of touch with their staff and has too many unrealistic goals. Management routinely employs a "do as I say not as I do attitude" and their leadership style has too many double standards (WFH, vacation black outs, etc.). Some people are in leadership positions who have no idea how to lead. Frequent infringement on your work/life balance. Not much room to grow unless you are in the right network
