So many cons where do I start? Management changed over several times in the last 3 years but the CEO continues to blame everyone else for his failures. Their clients are looking for skilled leadership to grow their business but what they receive is the industry's worst practices, dishonesty, and a losing atmosphere. More than 200 people came and left in the last 2 years, is it really their fault?
