Pros

I have spent more three years in this company and I must say the working environment here is perfect. In the initial phase my seniors and fellow members helped me a lot to adjust here. Because of them I am what I am today. I really felt that I have learnt a lot in such a short period. The Operation team always being so supportive related to cab or any other issues. Also, the HR helps a lot when I am in need of any guidance. I appreciate the onsite or abroad working opportunity here.

I don't find any cons here. Reality is if you are lazy in work then you will face problem anywhere.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.
