Pros
Some of the staff you work with are decent, if you have a good Santa Claus, then time goes by faster. Easy to get promoted and working with some kids is enough to cheer anyone up. Freebies from the mall as well as some kids and parents that want to gift you and Santa things.
Kontras
Major issues with Manager that disappears frequently during the shift. Leaving everyone else to do the hard work. Scheduling 5 families for one time slot is extremely stressful especially during the last week. Nasty parents and kids who project their frustrations to the staff when things are taking too long. Little breaks in between shifts and expecting to work almost 9 hour days due to no shows and a toxic manager. Also the Local Manager had issues with my pay check for not scheduling me correctly and that resulted in missing pay. By the end, you'll feel so drained that you don't want to celebrate the Christmas spirit anymore.
