Pros
Because it is a small team, Chelgate gave good experience and insight into the PR and Political comms world. At the time, lower management in the team was supportive and helpful (both of whom have since left their positions).
Kontras
Low pay, very little diversity in the London team (hardly any women or POC), work was often for very problematic clients and there seemed to be little care about morality or implications in some team members and senior management. Incredibly high staff turnover as a result of lack of listening from senior management.
