Employee benefits are good. Decent worklife balance Company provides lunch and 3 days in a month can take early leave or late in.

Forced Resignations inspite of good performance without severance pay, Internal politics and favouritism by management. My experience : I was wronged by the management, my position was given to another employee whos position got optimized just because he was older in the system and close to the manager.
