We have new leaders across our senior leadership team and we have a focus on Culture, Inclusion and Communication. We are investing in our People with increased focus on coaching, learning and development with several training programmes aimed at managers shortly to be launched.
Our leadership team are committed to embodying our operating principles and welcome feedback through the spaces we have set up such as AEMs and Q&As as well as within individual departments.
