Reaktion von Checkout.com
2moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us had such a negative impact on your wellbeing.
What you’ve described doesn’t reflect the kind of environment we aim to create at Checkout.com. We know how important it is for people to feel supported, recognised and able to do their best work without compromising their mental health. While we operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve, that should never come at the expense of clarity, fairness or respect between colleagues.
We’re continuing to invest in how we support our teams, whether that’s improving how work is planned and prioritised, strengthening manager capability, or creating more space for open, constructive feedback. We also recognise that experiences can vary across teams and feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us identify this.
We appreciate you sharing this and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.
