- Disorganisation - Team members are very rude and use their nationality as an excuse - No accountability - A culture of smoke and mirrors, no transparency. People hide in offices, and make themselves unapproachable - Disrespect - A lot of people do very little in the business - It's common for people not to turn up to meetings or cancel at the last minute with no reason - Lots of people get moved into roles without any consultation or experience - the alternative is redundancy
