Job duties are pretty consistent and there were very few times overtime was needed.
Kontras
The company's COVID response was poor and it is very obvious that upper management doesn't really care about the employees but yet they wonder why turnover is high. There is no flexibility in working hours or location and the point system can sometimes be harsh. Due to it, people will still come to work even if they are sick. Supposedly temporary solutions are never temporary and there isn't maintenance to try to prevent the same problems from coming up again. They will be taken care of when it becomes a problem and then forgotten about until it's an issue again.
