Above average salary Prepares you amazingly for your next job as you would have been exposed to horrible environment with no career progression and shocking management so where ever you go after CRD is a breeze as you can handle any stressful or high pressure situation.
Kontras
Toxic environment where management does whatever they want and get away with it without any consequences. Save yourself and do not join - yes the salary is better but it is not worth it... they will suck the life out of you and before you know it you have been there for years and years as you think you won’t get anything better which is total bs. No career progression whatsoever.
