The environment is decent. They pay well and provide a lot of fun perks. The work itself could be interesting when you were actually allowed to use your full skill set.

Management consistently failed to leverage employees’ skills and expertise. Even department leadership privately acknowledged that talent wasn’t being utilized properly, yet nothing ever changed. It felt like a huge waste of people’s abilities and experience. There was a general lack of transparency and real support from above. Decisions seemed arbitrary, communication was poor, and high-performing people ended up frustrated and disengaged. If you want an environment that actually values and develops talent, this is not the place.
