HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND - Production bei Challenge Manufacturing: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Absolutely the worst job I’ve ever had.... the job it’s self is super easy the work environment TERRIBLE ! The point system is unfair when they have the workers working 12 hours 7 days a week , it has been going on 2 months straight so far. The pay isn’t that great even if you’re hired in but like I said the job itself is easy. Management is horrible they are rude and on the web site it says something like this is a worker owned company bs . They don’t care about the production workers at all , they get treated the worst. Also no type of security multiple people have gotten their cars broken into . Back to the work environment I’ve had supervisors target me for no reason at all . The only genuinely good person is Eric with Randstad. They have people Working so many hours and people are scared to call in Because they can get fired if their points max out. Oh and the workers aren’t allowed to sit down ..... ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND.
