      Great technology which are used by federal customers globally.

      Kontras

      1. Senior management who encourages and creates conflicts between teams. Finger pointing is one of the traits of the company causing everyone to try to do the least. 2. Senior management also have absolutely no idea how to run a startup. 3. Salary, commissions and taxes are frequently delayed or paid incorrectly with no apologies. 4. Sexual harrassment happened a few times but HR has absolutely no skills to handle it. Even whistleblowers are afraid to step up to say a word.

      -Genuinely mission-driven company doing important work; the product matters and you feel it -Strong earning potential as an AE if you perform - big deals are winnable and the brand carries real weight in the market -When teams rally around a deal, it's a powerful thing to be part of

      -Operates in silos — product and GTM roadmaps and requirements are disjointed. -Roadmap and vision shift frequently, making it hard to sell a consistent story to customers or plan beyond a quarter
