Pros
My experience in working with this organization has been overwhelmingly positive. As with any work experience, there are both positive and negative points, but I've been so impressed with the efforts that the organization continues to do to make improvements. Some of the pros include: * collaborative work environment * responsive and transparent upper management * mission-driven work * caring colleagues * amazing benefits * focus on continually improving practices * transparency
Kontras
While the organization continues to work on increasing DEI, the staff is still very representative of education as a whole, white females. This is an ongoing effort and clear focus for Center for the Collaborative Classroom. I appreciate the resources that are being put into this area.
