      far and few between, none come to mind

      The efficacy of management is currently low. The majority of the team was brought on board in 2023, resulting in a notable lack of longevity. A lot of the employees are unhappy. The higher-ups lack the skills they need, and it's a worry because the leaders aren't up to the task.
