      Job Security - mostly based on limited employees, flexibility in work schedule.

      DisInterested management, Often no 401k Matching, very low annual raises (3% every year), It is often told to us that we need to go above and beyond for the company, but the company does NOTHING to go above for employees. NO bonuses...Ever. There are 10 negatives comments made for every positive one.

      Great pay, weekends off, good benefits. An amazing place to work! Best job ive ever had, theres never a dull moment. Love coming to work everyday!
