Can’t request days off even months in advance; the owners steal from employees in any way they can, your paycheck is NEVER the amount that it was supposed to be, they always take a bunch of money out of your paycheck and you have no way to figure out why or how to prevent it. There is no room for growth the people in leadership have been in those positions forever and will never leave so there is no way anyone can move up in the company. The pay structure continues changing to benefit the company by taking from the employees! Also the management is sexist, I personally heard a general manager state that they would not hire any female employees because she said “that’s an HR problem waiting to happen.”
