Pros

Great training provided at starting to get you up and running in a month. No sales experience required. Little overhead from managers so you can conceivably run your operation the way you want to. Excellent commission rates and spiffs. Set your own roster. Uncapped earning.

Kontras

Chargebacks will eat you alive if you aren't careful, same as any other sales position. Open ended management means the snakes will always finish ahead of you. Those same snakes will often secure mentorship and management positions. Little to no direct contact with upper management. Stores are spread very far apart, and gas is not paid for. Had to travel 50 miles every week to a certain store. Benefits aught to not even exist with how pathetic they are.
