Good pay - This is literally the only pro.

Kontras

Bad management The job is more than full time. It takes up your entire life. You're answering your phone 24/7... for retail. I would not recommend it at all. The management is trash. The managers are also sales people and will never have your back, or be there to help you when you need it.
