All the managers gaslight you asking whats different this month even tho your dialing 100 people a day with no one answering or people hanging up. its a telemarketing job. Oh they also don't pay very good on the commissions, they do whatever it takes to claw back and give you dirt your basically just earning whatever your base pay is and maybe a extra $5k a year extra. They don't care about you and will fire/lay you off.

Everything Horrible! Would not recommend.
