This companies core tenants are transparency and ownership. They are as transparent as a lead brick and the only thing they own is their own fragile egos. Management is arrogant and condescending. They expect someone to be able to perform a new job perfectly in under 20 days. They are extremely unprofessional and toxic. Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else.
