Catalyst has been such an amazing place to work and grow over the last few years. Our on-the-ground teams within the clinics are so dedicated and intentional. Management is there to protect and train and mentor their employees. Sadly, over the last couple years I don't think the exec director was actually very involved and it brought a bad taste into people's mouth when discussing corporate. So I could not be happier to add a review here talking about the new Exec Director in place, Alysha. She's amazing!
