Company culture does not exist with the exception of the few on the team, but since we all work remote, most of us do not see each other much in person. The CEO made terrible decisions that affected everyone's pay and yearly bonus. The annual review, bonus and raise, was never a discussion at all. I had to find out from other peers when that was happening. Raise was pathetic during a time of 10% inflation, the bonus was the same percentage as everyone else and the review, proved to me, my former boss had no clue. - I personally did more than any other RFM hands down, yet receiving the same bonus was very disappointing. Service providers are/were not being paid, leading to failures ever single day. This is and was a constant problem, causing additional work. My personal opinion, I wouldn't ever let a friend work at Case. If your reading this, consider yourself a friend! If you doubt me, continue reading all of the other reviews, I gave Case the benefit of the doubt which has led me to a much bigger and brighter future at another company. If you do accept, be ready to work non stop, have your evening interrupted, only to drive a few hours to ensure a failed site gets service, or even have to do it yourself!
