Big organization and miscommunications happen, especially between the union and middle management. Regardless, I still feel like intentions are good and those miscommunications get sorted out. Pretty decent benefits, Rewarding work. Great team and supportive coworking environment. The clients are also great. It used to be much more flexible as far as scheduling is concerned. Now schedules for managers are flexible, while for non-managers they aren't.

Management is difficult to work with. If they're like you, they will treat you differently from people in the "outgroup". There are also some serious concerns about scheduling, DEI, privacy, and transparency in management. Ahead of the DEI crackdown by this administration, cap deleted any traces of its affiliation with DEI and gender-affirming care so as "to preserve" our funding.
