Pros

Fun events, people have been with the company for a long time, supportive nature, and ESOP perks. Senior staff is helpful, open to ideas and opinions and has a family environment.

Kontras

Lack of internal training to grow technically. Pay is about 20% under value. There hasn't been any recognition from the economy and no pay increases due to inflation. Although the schedule is hybrid, it is set in stone which days, sometimes the managers pick those. Which isn't flexible at all. Managers need time management and team management training. Work life balance is a struggle to achieve. Raises are lacking. Only once a year and not enough to make up market value. They decide your raise after you sign your yearly review. There is no room for negotiating your raise. Lack of ethical fairness. Need more training about respect towards minority communities.

Pros

close knit environment, good benefits, great opportunities for education, the staff does genuinely care about each other

Kontras

the smaller company size means you will either be doing the work of 3 people or have nothing to do for weeks. It also makes things a little more prone to micromanagement
