Orginization never good. Manager never know what to do. Some folks always helpful but no one know what to do. HR is run by family and friend and think everyone not smart. Low pay compared to other place. People who know how to run floor fire because of family. Much better with managers who got fire

Everything, poor communication with upper management, terrible training, favoritism and nepotism culture. They claim they’re about continuous improvement but do not listen to what employees have to say to make the workplace better. Outdated ways/systems of doing day to day work. Do not waste your time here and look for better opportunities, can not stress that enough
