Horrible employer - Machinist bei Carpenter Technology: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Once a great company destroyed by arrogant, greedy and incompetent leadership. CEO told us to our faces that he doesn’t care about us and he just took his position to make millions of dollars. He even hired a vice president designated to go out on the floor and bully and intimidate employees. The VP took his job so seriously that he began getting physical with employees. The most rotten and greedy leadership the company ever had. Took away bonuses, weekends, vacation, and our holidays. Company loses employees on an almost daily basis.
