      so much favoritism and super cliquey. Supervisors chose who they want to guide and when they don’t choose you they put all the blame on you without explaining.

      Pros

      The team is transparent and there are clear goals within the agency. My experience at Carma over the years has been incredible. I love to team I work with on a day-to-day basis and the clients on the roster are interesting and noteworthy.
