Care First 24 is an excellent business to work for, as everyone is very welcoming, and easy to approach at all levels. All staff want to do is work hard to provide the best service they can with an all out caring attitude towards all the packages of care they manage, as well as all the staff they work with. These attributes just make your job feel more important, like you are part of a growing family. With a very supportive team around you, and being extremely well lead by the company founder and director, I know I made the right choice joining Care First 24.

I have no cons to report.

I have found my role at CareFirst24 to be hugely beneficial to both my personal and professional development. It is very much a caring environment which understands the process in assisting you in gaining experiencing within a role, and going above and beyond where possible. It is a culture of sincerity, where every role and the individuals that fulfil those roles are treated with respect and appreciation. Many places of work will talk about the 'workplace culture' but in this case, they actually make a conscious effort to keep this as good as it can be and have been incredibly willing to adapt & put the service users, and staff in the best possible position.

The cons that I can think pertain exclusively to the hectic nature of providing complex care to those need such services.
