Pros

Love the job, you can work from home, friendly environment

Kontras

supervisors do not go to bat for you even if they think management is doing too much. High turnover in service because hard work is never appreciated. Too many cliques. Very difficult to get a promotion unless you are a part of a clique of unless somebody likes you.
