For the sales force, CareDx is "penalize for performance" not "pay for performance." Quotas are adjusted harshly each quarter. There is, and has historically been, a very high turnover rate of the Transplant Account Manager (TAM) role at CareDx. This company loses 3-4 strong performing TAM's every 6 months, which is 10% of their sales force, constantly turning over.
