      Very fast paced and nice work culture. Very motivated and helpful people even open door policy to communicate directly with upper management. I recommended to work here ,it would be great experience and learning opportunities.

      Pros

      Great innovation and products early on in the companies history. Managed with an Iron fist but that was OK when the company is run by one owner who has a specific vision. Enjoyed many years of growth and profit. Ruled the marine markets with key coatings mfg. Management did a great job of developing that market.

      Silver spoon syndrome. Owner handed company over to the son who has destroyed the moral, market focus and company image.
