High turn over and lack of oversight by Senior Management. Work place harassment, bullying, and a plethora of concerns are not addressed by senior management or HR. Retaliation is common practice. Management is concerned about the bottom line, and nothing else. Turn-over is extremely high due to the lack of concern for employee health and well being. No work life balanced and very little opportunity for career or personal growth. Quality mindset is absent.
