HQ culture differs from field-based BU culture. Opportunities for growth are greatest for those at HQ; if you work outside of Dublin career development and advancement is more difficult. Company lacks diversity at the management level and above (race and gender, especially race). BUs tend to work in silos despite company's push for BUs to collaborate on customer solutions.
