Makes it harder to get answers or have to schedule meetings only in the mornings. -no set structure or ground rules on team processes. They change rules on process on the fly. No approvals from leadership -Retention policy is very short. Saving work in multiple places and no real source of truth. - Gaps found after development - Teams lack experienced leaders who genuinely want to help others. -Claim to run agile but doesnt follow it. -not much diversity -benefits through the contracting company were not affordable at all
