Tons of responsibilities and low pay. Managers do not care about employees. If you need a day off to take care of a sick child, get ready for your manager to retaliate against you because of you day off. Managers do not understand the difference in work/personal life (unless it's their personal life) Company has a "zero tolerance" policy on retaliation that is not enforced. Managers quickly pick favorites and give those associates whatever they want. Managers are more concerned about numbers than happy associates
