      Pros

      Capitol was a wonderful place to work for. It's cliche, but it really felt like a family business. No one was just a number.

      Due to the nature of the work, you have to be willing to work pretty early in many cases - which might be a negative for some.

      Great company culture. Safety is a top priority. Tight knit. Feels like family.
