Pros
It is a positive environment where everyone is treated fairly. The management is approachable and easy to talk to. The company takes care of it's employees and is always wanting to know how to make the workplace better. I liked working on teams that were smaller. I felt like I got the chance to know my team mates and my supervisor better. I liked how the company has a focus on our customers. I believe that they do everything they can to take care of the customer. I felt like I had some choices for the customer and that made my job enjoyable.
Kontras
There are opportunities for promotions, but getting a position as a supervisor is not easy. I had co workers that worked there as long as I did and still had not been able to get a supervisor position. You get a lot of feedback when you work there. You have a lot of interaction with your supervisor, but I liked that. But if you are someone that doesn't want to talk to their supervisor everyday and have them very involved with what your doing, you may not want to work here. I also wish there were more offices around the US.
