People can be assigned to mission / rôle for which they do not have experiences meaning stretching and pressure can be high while recognition of efforts made is rather poor. No budget for team buildings nor great moment to thank employees. Team spirit is low A lot of extra works such as answering to RFPs , internal projects or even training mostly to be done during extra hours on top of daily client’s missions.
