What Capgemini considers to be its unique selling points are the same thing everyone does, only it doesn't do them as well as the leader. Poor salaries and salary growth. Very poor support services such as HR, IT and telephony done on the cheap such that life on the road is quite difficult if your client doesn't have good infrastructure Too little focus on doing really good client work versus too much focus on internal activities of dubious value.
