Some super chill people, very flexible and understanding of family situation, no micromanaging for the most part, autonomy to do what you want. UK MD comes across well, very genuine.
Kontras
Siloes between teams, poor information management though this is improving, some parts of HR and employee support quite under developed. No pay rise last yeah but that’s better than being laid off… some cliques and promotion can few like it’s down to who you know and being with the right group of people.
