Aricent first training for freshers is surely one of the best in the country . Classroom style teaching with 75% pass criteria makes it competitive and u can easily master c ,c++ and unix concept.Even training after training is excellent . Aricent cater some of the best clients in the world ,from telecom giants such as CISCO, ALU to consumer electronics such as SAMSUNG,TI and even automobile as in GM ,so there are ample opportunities for freshers to grow their career. Work Life depends on project . But flexible timing will let u sleep more (essential for software development) .

Resource management is poor ,only thing they care about is to put you on client bill from the very first day .Skill matching is not priority . There is huge uproar about charge code in the company. Perks are not that great . But timely promotions and gud ratings will keep u at par with the industry . Beware of middle management ,its one of the worst . lot of power invested in middle management and they have a major say in ur performance ,no matter how good or bad it will be .
